- Owns & runs her own business, Unismart, which supplies school uniforms.
- Co-hosted a cable television programme for children "Rabbit, Rabbit". The other hosts included 'Gordon Astley' (qv), 'Den Hegarty' (qv) and 'Sylvester McCoy' (qv). One of the episodes for this programme was recorded at Giltbrook television studios, the audience was selected from local schools, and one of the guests on this particular occasion was snooker ace 'Dennis Taylor (I)' (qv).
- All but gave up TV in 1981 to bring up her first son.
- Daughter of 'Bert Cann (I)' (qv).
