Is one of the only English-speaking voice actors and to voice the same character of all of the Xenosaga video game series. Richard was the only voice actor to provide the English voice of Ziggy in the series.
Currently best known for his voice work as Bat� in the English-language dubs of _K�kaku kid�tai (1995)_ (qv) and _"K�kaku kid�tai: Stand Alone Complex" (2002)_ (qv), as well as the video-game versions of the English-language dubbed Ghost in the Shell series.
