BIOGRAPHY: Peter's latest film "Chasing Chekhov "recently won the BAFTA/LA Best Film Award. He also directed the award winning shorts "The Red Scarf" and "Coming Into Money" and his debut film as writer-director; "Blacktop Afternoon" qualified for the 68th Academy Awards®. Peter wrote and co-produced the medieval action film "Deus Volt". His credits include writing the WB Network & Sci-Fi Channel's "The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne" and he has written the pilot for the Honor Harrington" TV series based on the best selling books of David Weber. Peter also works in TV being part of the teams that produce such shows as "Glee" and "NCIS: Los Angeles" as well as an independent film producer; "Late Night Girls". As an actor Peter has co-starred with George Clooney, Rutger Hauer, Mira Sorvino, Elliot Gould, and Omar Sharif among others. Concentrating more on directing and producing nowadays, it was a pleasant surprise when Indian director Sabbir Khan invited Peter to be the judge in this year's Bollywood breakout hit "Kambakkht Ishq".
