Talented child star of the late 40s and early 50s, best known for his film role in _The Red Pony (1949)_ (qv). Didn't make it to an adult career.
Brother of 'Janine Perreau' (qv), 'Lauren Perreau' (qv) and 'Gigi Perreau' (qv)
Retired and became an appraiser, high school teacher, and novelist. Two of his early novels were twice recipients of the 'Samuel Goldwyn' (qv) Creative Writing Awards. Another of his books was filmed as _That Cold Day in the Park (1969)_ (qv).
He and sister 'Gigi Perreau' (qv) played brother and sister on _"The Betty Hutton Show" (1959)_ (qv).
