BIOGRAPHY:

Patricia Belcher was born in Helena, Montana. Patricia has made many appearances in films, including The Number 23, Unknown, Jeepers Creepers, Heartbreakers and in 2009, (500) Days of Summer. She also has made appearances in television series, including Boston Legal, The Jake Effect, Twins, The Proud Family, Sister, Sister, In Plain Sight, and Still Standing. Belcher produced her 2008 role in the film Lower Learning as Colette. She had a cameo role in the television series Community as a cafeteria worker. Belcher has a recurring role as attorney Caroline Julian on Bones as well as a recurring role on Disney Channel 's Good Luck Charlie as the Duncan family's neighbor, Mrs. Dabney.
Patricia has also done commercials for products, including for Staples and Time Warner, as well as for the American Cancer Society.
