- He has a 180-plus IQ.
- When he was 12, he was on the cover of the August 31, 1987 issue of Time magazine titled "Those Asian-American Whiz Kids".
- At age six, he moved to Los Angeles, California, USA, where he still resides.
- His character on _"Heroes" (2006/II)_ (qv), Hiro, is 'Tyra Banks' (qv)'s favorite character on her favorite show.
- Graduated from Harvard-Westlake School (1992).
