BIOGRAPHY:

Masaharu Morimoto apprenticed in a Sushi restaurant prior to moving to the USA at age 30. He later spent several years working at Nobu, one of New York's most acclaimed restaurants.

TRIVIA:

Opened his own restaurant, Morimoto, in Philadelphia in 2002.
