BIOGRAPHY:

Marc graduated Girard High School in 1990. Marc played basketball throughout high school and his senior year. Because of his athletic ability, Marc went on full scholarship to Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem North Carolina. After college, he played one year in Europe for the Manchester Giants.

His acting break came when the producers of Eddie (1996) needed a baby-faced kid that could play basketball.


TRIVIA:
  • Played shooting guard and small forward for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons from 1990-1994 and started alongside Tim Duncan. He had a career total of 387 points, 187 rebounds, and 114 assists in 89 games played.
  • Mark is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Wake Forest University '94
  • Apart from acting, he coaches the basketball team of a private all-girls Catholic high school in Los Angeles, California.
  • Named #6 of the Top Ten Sexiest Men of the _"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1997)_ (qv)/_"Angel" (1999)_ (qv) universe in a fan poll by the Buffy the Vampire Slayer fanzine (2004).
  • Filmed one scene for _House on Haunted Hill (1999)_ (qv), but it was cut from the theatrical release. The scene is featured on the DVD's deleted scenes section.
