Attended Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, New York.
In the music videos "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" , "She Bop" and "Goonies 'R' good enough for me" all by 'Cyndi Lauper' (qv), he plays Cyndi's father.
Was the voice of "Mario" for the Super Mario Brothers cartoon that ran 1989-1991. Initially, he was not interested in doing the voice or playing "Mario" in the live action host segments opposite 'Danny Wells (I)' (qv) (who played "Luigi"), but his wife persuaded him to take the role. After agreeing to play "Mario", Lou decided to shave off his trademark goatee and grew a real handlebar mustache as opposed to wearing a fake one.
Managed 16 WWF (WWE) World tag team champions.
Managed 'Ivan Koloff' (qv) to the WWWF title in 1971.
Brother of Big Daddy Spatts who sold his pizza restaurant to producer/performer 'Anthony Begonia' (qv)'s grandparents.
