BIOGRAPHY: A Southern California original, Lisa James can best be described as a showbiz lady gifted with the voice to sing, the feet to dance and the heart to act. It was her extraordinary gift as a singer/dancer that landed her an important job while still in high school as a featured performer in Liberace's glitzy "Las Vegas review". From the Vegas Hilton it was on to the "Big Apple" and several Off-Broadway shows including, "Touching Heaven, Changing Earth", "The Girls Club" and "Death by Chocolate". Lisa's journey back to her Southern California roots came at the urging of long time talent agent Steve Stevens who persuaded her that her striking good looks were a perfect match for the camera which are evidenced by her work in "Kidnapped", "Port Charles" and "Law and Order". Lisa's greatest passion next to her family is a commitment to acting which can only mean good things for both TV and Film audiences alike.
