During her youth she traveled around the world with her family and has lived in Europe, Central America, The U.S. and Canada.
Was cast as Gibb in _Freddy vs. Jason (2003)_ (qv), but then lost the part because of another film scheduling conflict. The producers re-cast 'Katharine Isabelle' (qv) in the role.
Her first professional acting job was a featured role in _Get Carter (2000)_ (qv) starring 'Sylvester Stallone' (qv).
In 2002 Lauren was nominated for a Gemini for her role as Evil Emma in Mutant X's Double Vision.
