BIOGRAPHY: Kevin's first dream was to be a cartoonist, but in later years decided to on acting. Getting his early training in Chicago, his first movie role was in Peggy Sue Got Married (1986). He has since appeared in over 30 films as well as ABC's short-lived "Gideon's Crossing" (2000). He recently appeared in as Igor in Stephen Sommers's Van Helsing (2004). He also worked with Sommers in The Mummy (1999) and Deep Rising (1998).

- Trained for the stage at DePaul/Goodman School of Drama.
- Often appears in 'Stephen Sommers' (qv)'s movies.
- He is the son of Patricia Connelly, a retired Chicago teacher, and James O'Connor, a retired Chicago police officer.
- In _Van Helsing (2004)_ (qv) he played Dr. Frankenstein's assistant Igor. He also appeared with his _The Mummy (1999)_ (qv) co-star 'Brendan Fraser' (qv) in _Gods and Monsters (1998)_ (qv), a film about 'James Whale (I)' (qv), the director of the classic movies _Frankenstein (1931)_ (qv) & _Bride of Frankenstein (1935)_ (qv).
