BIOGRAPHY: Kellye Howard is considered the "Princess of Comedy". Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Kellye has explored many heights to making people feel better about life in general with her comedic talent.
As a class clown and troublemaker, Kellye was once expelled from two high schools and banned completely from another. Never meaning any intentional harm, she learned to express her anger from childhood disappointments through comedic actions and making others laugh. During High School Kellye had a son who was paralyzed from the neck down. After spending three months in the hospital day and night trying to help him heal, he left to be with the Lord. Kellye then fought to barely graduate because of her absence. After high school Kellye went on to work two full-time jobs, and trying to build a better life than what she has always known. Shortly after high school Kellye had a baby girl named Faith. Wanting to be a good parent and provide possibilities for her child, Kellye enlisted in the United States Air Force. After three years of boredom, Kellye then left the Air force to follow her dreams in Entertainment.
Kellye then enrolled at Columbia College Chicago. There is where Kellye found comfort and true happiness. She started getting a lot of independent film work and theater spots after only a few months of acting. One day while at work, a talent agent told her that she was bright and great for stand-up comedy...
And that is when she truly began to live. Kellye move to Los Angeles and work for three years trying to find herself in acting and comedic roles. After struggling to be a good parent in the lonely land of holly wish I wood, she decided to relocate back to Chicago.
In June of 2006 is when Kellye really started to perform as a true stand-up comic. This bundle of laughter, mixed with energy has no desire to do anything else in life. She'll either make it to the top or die trying.
