BIOGRAPHY: Born in Cincinnatti, Ohio and raised in rural West Virginia. Left home at the age of sixteen to do summer stock theatre in Kentucky, she was so bitten by the acting bug. That following year, she finished high school at Interlochen Art's Academy in Michigan. She then headed west to California and acquired her B.F.A. at USIU San Diego, where Jamie Foxx attended, and landed in NYC shortly thereafter because of her love of theatre. Career debut in the Broadway comedy Moon Over Buffalo with Carol Burnett. It was her first Broadway audition...and a dream was realized. She was a huge Carol Burnett fan as a child. A few seasons later, she found herself doing the Broadway revival of Amadeus, rehearsing in London with Sir Peter Hall.
She is also a well known voice over artist. She has voiced many national commercials including Pampers, Nexxus, Cheerios, Three Musketeers, Benedryl, JCPenny,Neutrogena, Olive Garden, Estee Lauder, Cover Girl, Olay, American Express & Chevrolet. She has also been heard as the promo voice and narrator for Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, HBO, MTV, VH1, and Lifetime to name a few. In this arena she's also been lucky enough to do animation. She is the voice of Debbie Dupree in Sealab 2021 and Grace Ryan in Frisky Dingo, both series for the Cartoon Network. She can also be heard on many video games, such as Manhunt & Red Faction Guerilla, and now and then on Dora The Explorer.
