BIOGRAPHY: Justin Seyb was born in Friendswood, Texas: as many in the film industry are he was a student of the Theatre. His love for the arts led him to pursue a larger pallet. Rather than complete his B.A. in Theatre he chose the challenge of Gastronomy. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston Culinary Arts program. In his early experience he worked under Master Chef Fritz Gitchner at the prestigious Houston Country Club. He then moved to the Live Oak Grill where he was awarded his first Chef position. Upon leaving he increased his knowledge by working as tournant, and food and beverage operator for Morton's of Chicago Steakhouse. He has worked around Houston with the top brass of the industry including Award winning Sommelier/Chef Joe Abuso and James Beard Nominated Edel Gonvales. He helped Abuso Catering reach number one in Houston before retiring to pursue film making full time. Justin has personally cooked for celebrities and heads of state including President George W. Bush, former President George Bush, ex secretary of state James Baker as well as many senators and foreign politicians including President Putin of Russia. Starting in 1997 Justin created Mise En Place Entertainment which develops screen plays and productions in and around Texas. In 2003 he made use of his two studies helping Produce/Chef "It comes in a can" a TV cooking show. Along with his screen writing Justin is a contributing editor for H.D. CineMag. Currently Justin is directing, acting, writing and producing a series of short films, and music videos which will be available summer 2005.
