BIOGRAPHY:

John met and became friends with fellow cast mate Denis Leary during his film debut in the 1993 comedy "Who's the Man". After that, they appeared together in 1994 in "The Ref". After many years of small parts in TV and movies, Leary approached John for the role of a fire fighter in "Rescue Me". John went on to write several episodes of "Rescue Me", and worked with Leary again in the mockumentary "Contest Searchlight".


TRIVIA:

• Attended Fordham University in New York, NY and achieved a BA in Fine Arts.
• Attended high school with Edie Falco, and appeared opposite her in the school's production of My Fair Lady, she as Eliza, and he as her father, Alfred P. Doolittle.
