Worked in a Produce store as a cashier (1968-1972).
She appeared in the music video and sang in the choir on the song "Voices That Care."
Father David is Mexican-American, mother Martha is Irish-American.
Has two brothers named David and Kurt.
Is of mixed Mexican/Irish descent. She is a role-model to many Chicano/Latino youths for her respect and desire to honor and remember her Latino roots.
