BIOGRAPHY:

A pioneer in the musical performance field of "vocal percussion", Jeff Thacher has been the full-time mouth drummer for the vocal group Rockapella since 1993. After graduating from Boston's Berklee College Of Music with a recording/production degree in 1990, he spent two years in television production, then found his way to Rockapella. Since then he has appeared with the group on-stage throughout the world, as well as on US television in "Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego" (PBS 1991-1996) and numerous television & radio commercials, morning news programs, and various other random outlets. He has an active second career as an independent music producer and recording engineer. Jeff resides in New York City.
