Children: Daniel, 1988 and 'Alisa Houghton' (qv), 1990.
He was pictured on the cover of the 1982 Warren Zevon album "The Envoy", along with Ted Shackelford, with whom he co-starred on the show "Knots Landing". Zevon was the late husband of Kim Lankford, who co-starred in "Knots Landing" with Houghton and Shackelford.
Son of Buck Houghton (producer of Twilight Zone, et al.).
Brother of 'Mona Houghton' (qv).
