The writers of _"15/Love" (2004)_ (qv) decided that Jaclyn and 'Vadim Schneider' (qv)'s characters Meghan O'Conor and Sabastien Dube would be killed in a plane crash off the coast of the Isle of Wight, England after a tennis tournament. The last show that Jaclyn and Vadim were in was dedicated to them.
With the blessing of Jaclyn's family the truth about her death would not be hidden from the public in some phony happy ending. The writers decided that Jaclyn and Vadim's lives would be honored and their deaths would be revealed.
She was among the class of 2003 from St. George's High School; she was the valedictorian.
She and her _"15/Love" (2004)_ (qv) co-star 'Vadim Schneider' (qv) were killed in a car accident on September 8, 2003. They were on their way to the set of "15/Love" in St Cesiare, Qu�bec when their mini-van lost control and slammed head on into a tractor/trailer. They were killed instantly. They were both 17 years old.
