BIOGRAPHY:

Ikue Ōtani (born August 18, 1965) is a Japanese actress and voice actress from Tokyo, best known for being the voice of Ash's Pikachu in the Pokémon anime series and products (in every dubbed version). In addition to voicing Pikachu, she has also voiced Zoey's Glameow and Misty's Starmie in all the versions of the Pokemon anime.

She is the voice of Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece as well as Konohamaru from Naruto and Mitsuhiko from Detective Conan. She is currently attached to Mausu Promotion. Her pet name is "Iku-chan". She is known for playing both male and female roles, and sometimes plays multiple roles in one production.
