The skit "Thrillseeker" was also done by Fred Stoller in a stand-up comedy act.
Once submitted a comedic skit to the famed comedian, Dr. Demento entitled "Thrillseeker" involving a man who was part of a dating service and did mediocre things which he considered dangerous or reckless. This skit was accepted as one of the Dr. Demento Funny Five favorites.
Not only a recurring guest star for the show _"Everybody Loves Raymond" (1996)_ (qv) but was also considered as the show's titular character, for the writers wanted someone who "sounded like Fred Stoller".
