- Was once tasked by his fellow Pythons with composing a response to an angry piece of fan mail. Monty Python member 'Graham Chapman' (qv) was openly gay, and a letter had been written citing Bible verses, stating that homosexuals should be stoned to death. He jokingly replied that they had stoned Chapman to death.
- Appears as the M.C. in the 3-D film _Honey, I Shrunk the Audience (1994)_ (qv) at Disneyland.
- Defeated 'Charles Barkley' (qv) and 'Martha Stewart (I)' (qv) on a celebrity episode of _"Jeopardy" (2002)_ (qv) in 2002.
- Member of Monty Python along with 'John Cleese' (qv), 'Michael Palin' (qv), 'Terry Jones (I)' (qv), 'Graham Chapman' (qv) and 'Terry Gilliam' (qv).
- Friend of 'Robin Williams (I)' (qv).
