BIOGRAPHY:

Elaine Joyce was the lead in the Broadway musical "Sugar" from 1972 to closing with Tony Roberts (I) and Robert Morse (I). A mainstay on TV game shows in the early 1970s, often appearing with her first husband, Bobby Van (I).

In 1999, she married playwright Neil Simon (I) and now goes by the name of Elaine Joyce-Simon.

Has two children: Taylor (with Bobby Van (I), 1977) and Michael (with John Levoff).

Bubbly, shapely American actress and TV personality who pulled the "dumb blond" act in the '70s. Starred with 'Robert Morse (I)' (qv) and 'Tony Roberts (I)' (qv) in "Sugar," the Broadway musical version of the cinema classic _Some Like It Hot (1959)_ (qv) in the 'Marilyn Monroe' (qv) role. Active on game shows.
