Was selected as the July cover model in the 2010 "Dream Guys" calendar.
He is an Eagle Scout.
After writing "Will To Power," David was inspired by his friend Jonathan Breck to push forward and make the film a reality. Within two years, the film was cast and shot. Breck went on to take on one of the leading roles alongside David, Jerry Mathers, Kiko Ellsworth, Kathy Lamkin, David Banks (III), Chris Moir, and Rosie Garcia.
In 2006, played in the MSBL All-Star Baseball game alongside teammates Jose Canseco, Brett Saberhagen, and Matt Whisenant
David tore the PCL in his left knee while training for the film "Will To Power." The injury was worked into the script and replaced a "shoulder injury" that had originally been written for his character.
In 2003, co-wrote and starred in the short film "A Life For A Life," which won the audience award for 'Best Film' at the "48 Hour" film festival and was later that year accepted into the Cannes Film Festival.
Zachary Maurer, star of ABC's new drama "The Days" was given his first acting role in the film "Urban Shock" which was written and directed by David. Zachary played David's younger brother in this psychological thriller.
His first ever "on stage" kiss was in his acting class with "8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter's" star Amy Davidson.
