BIOGRAPHY:

David Giuntoli was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He was educated at St. Louis University High School and moved on to Indiana University Bloomington, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Finance.

n 2003, David got his first taste of the acting bug when he was discovered by MTV while in a bar. He ended up in the South Pacific for three months as part of the cast of MTV's reality shows Road Rules: South Pacific as well as an appearance on the seventh season of Real World/Road Rules Challenge. Previously interested in finance, the stint at MTV paid for college and led him to change his career objectives. In 2007, he moved to Los Angeles, CA to further pursue an acting career. He has since appeared on several TV series including Nip/Tuck, Veronica Mars, Grey's Anatomy, Ghost Whisperer, Privileged, Without a Trace, and Cold Case among others. He is best known for playing Nick Burkhardt on Grimm .

Currently lives and works in Portland, Oregon.
