He and brother 'Louis Mandylor' (qv) shared the screen together as homicidal ghost siblings in the fourth season episode "Saving Private Leo" of _"Charmed" (1998)_ (qv).
One sport he hasn't given up is boxing. He used to train with his brother Louis, who is an expert in Thai Kickboxing.
Mother's maiden name is "Mandylaris." When both Costas and Louis got into acting, they changed their birth name (which is Theodosopolous) to Mandylor, which they got from their mother's name.
