Graduated from Central School of Speech and Drama, London in 1970.
Along with 'Simon Pegg' (qv), 'Alan Dale (I)' (qv), 'Daphne Ashbrook' (qv), 'Guy Siner' (qv), 'Maurice Ro�ves' (qv), 'Olaf Pooley' (qv), 'Barrie Ingham' (qv), 'John Franklyn-Robbins' (qv) and 'Deep Roy' (qv), he is one of only ten actors to have speaking roles in both the "Star Trek" and "Doctor Who" franchises.
