BIOGRAPHY:

Graduate of New York's High School of the Performing Arts. Was directed by Sean Penn (I) in The Crossing Guard (1995) before getting cut out due to changes in the story. Also was directed by Alan Parker (I) in Come See the Paradise (1990). Has her own auto-biographical, one-woman show, 'Blended Salad'. Teamed up with her musician brother, Ivan de Prume of White Zombie, to form de Prume Productions.

Cathryn wrote and directed two short films, 'Stinky' and 'Garbage', while Ivan was co-director, director of photography and editor. She also wrote and directed the short film, "Buona Fortuna" starring Antonella Elia and Brent Steven Brown.

TRIVIA:

Attended the acting conservatory at the State University of New York at Purchase (SUNY Purchase).
Cathryn also attended New York's High School for the Performing Arts.
