- Played the lead role for the revamped and syndicated _"Flipper" (1995)_ (qv) series starring as Dr. Keith Ricks in the show, the son of 'Brian Kelly (I)' (qv)'s Porter Ricks character in the original. Brian stayed with the series for only the first season.
- Married, he enjoys skiing, fly fishing, snowboarding, horseback riding.
- Was acting school classmates with actor/director 'George Clooney' (qv). Appeared as a guest star in Season 3 of _"ER" (1994)_ (qv), but was not in any scenes with Clooney.
- Is the founder and film festival director of "X-Dance" which is in its 6th year. X-Dance, is the action sports-version of Sundance. Brian is also a friends with 'Robert Redford (I)' (qv).
- Directed, as well as acted with, future mega-star 'Jessica Alba' (qv) when she was 15 years old.
- Was working as a production assistant on the popular film _Footloose (1984)_ (qv) when he landed a small part in the movie and found himself hooked.
