  • He was the voice of Father/Narrator in the second generation 1975 Carousel of Progress, the first version to premiere in Walt Disney World. 'Rex Allen' (qv) was the original Father for the 64/65 World's Fair Carousel of Progress which was later moved to Disneyland in 1967.
  • After having a cancerous lump removed from his vocal chords Duggan acquired a raspy voice which enabled him to have a lucrative career doing both voice-overs and TV commercials.
  • Portrayed President Dwight D. Eisenhower three times, President Lyndon Johnson once and dozens of generals and military officers.
  • Graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington)
