She and husband Jeremy had their first baby on April 30, 2004, his name is Tate James. He weighed 6 lbs, 7 oz and was 20 inches long.
After their September 2002 wedding, she and her husband moved to England to attend graduate school at the University of York.
Has many fond memories of the days she played Kimmy Gibbler on the sitcom _"Full House" (1987)_ (qv), however there was one problem: wardrobe. "Once in a while the costume people would say, 'Hey, kids, take home whatever you want'," recalls Barber, who would usually just take home a pair of pants, while the other castmates would grab armloads of clothes.
Worked, in 2000, as assistant to the director of Whittier College's Office of International Programs.
While at Whittier College, spent a semester in Denmark. Graduated from Whittier College.
