Had a relationship with actor Jason Weiss.
When she came back in Roseanne, the characters joked; "Where the hell have you been?", referring to the summer when she was not in the show.
While working on Rosanne, Alicia took summers off to be a counselor at a YMCA summer camp in Michigan.
Has an older brother, Adam Sean Goranson (b. 1972).
Auditioned for the lead in _Boys Don't Cry (1999)_ (qv), but won a supporting role instead. The director thought that Lecy's performance was too humorous for the lead.
