Rupert Gregson-Williams was hired to compose the film's score, but he had to drop out due to a scheduling conflict with Over the Hedge. He was replaced by Christophe Beck.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Zoom is eating yogurt in the cafeteria, he opens his mouth to speak, and it drips down his lips. In the next scene, his face is clean before he wipes it.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Zoom and the kids are playing baseball, Pibb (the robot) is playing in the outfield. Soon after, Zoom is surprised to see Pibb for the first time, even though he just played baseball with it.
In the only photo of the old Zenith team, in addition to Tim Allen (Zoom) and Kevin Zegers (Concussion), the other teammates are portrayed by Alexis Bledel (Ace?), Wilmer Valderrama (Marksman?) and Devon Aoki (Daravia?).
