Movie (2005)

The animated comedy tells the story of a lowly wood pigeon named Valiant, who overcomes his small size to become a hero in Great Britain's Royal Air Force Homing Pigeon Service during World War II. The RHPS advanced the Allied cause by flying vital messages about enemy movements across the English Channel, whilst evading brutal attacks by the enemy's Falcon Brigade.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

Movie Goof (anachronisms): In the movie members of the French Resistance, play "Non, je ne regrette rien" sung by Édith Piaf. However World War II was over twelve years before the song was even written.
Believed to the be first-ever full-length British CGI movie, that title actually has to go to Dominator (2003).
Movie Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Valiant calls his instructor "Sir". In fact the instructor has the Rank of Flight Sergeant. You wouldn't call an NCO "Sir". You address him by his Rank (in this case Flight or Flight Sergeant).
Part of the theme O/S for the film has been used as the theme music for Katanga Canyon at Alton Towers for years before the film was produced. The area is an African themed area hosting the Rapids and Run-Away Mine Train. The park's owners (at the time), Tussauds signed a contract to allow the use of the music for the film.
