• Movie Goof (continuity error): When Michael tears the paint cans to throw them at the windows, so that sunlight would not enter and damage Selene, you can clearly see his hands full of paint, but in the next shot, his hands are clean.
• Movie Goof (continuity error): When Marcus opens the heavy stone door, in one shot, he takes the torch off its hook, then in the next, far shot, he takes the same torch off its hook.
• Movie Goof (continuity error): At the end of the film, sunlight is shining straight down through a hole in the cavern ceiling, indicating that the sun is directly overhead (ie, it is noon). But in an exterior shot, it is dawn and the sun has barely cleared the horizon.
• Kate Beckinsale's chair had, instead of her name, "My Sweetie" on it surrounded by tiny hearts.
