Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When the helicopter is about ready to crash into the building at the end of the motorcycle chase, crash dummies can clearly be seen as the only helicopter passengers.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When Bond and Wai Lin are being chased by the helicopter, Wai Lin's fake left arm is much too long.
Movie Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): SPOILER: Wai Lin is submerged underwater for considerable time, and Bond "rescues" her by breathing air into her mouth. Bond would have exhaled ~some~ carbon dioxide, but the lungs don't process ALL the oxygen inhaled. This is why Artificial Respiration to save a drowning victim works.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): If the glass in the sound studio were sound-proof, it would be inches thick. Bond and Carver's henchman would not have gone crashing through it so easily.
