Movie (2000)

Two petty if violent criminals kidnap a girl being paid 1.000.000$ to be a surrogate mother. As the baby is for a gangster the pair's demand for money sees several henchmen and assorted other ruthless characters head after them to Mexico. Bullets rather than talking are always going to settle this one

Movie Trivia/Goofs

The violence was scaled back because the MPAA threatened the film with the NC-17 rating.
The hotel (where the parking lot gunfight takes place) is said to be in the town of Salsipuedes, which is Spanish for "get out if you can".
SPOILER: The Mexican brothel scene when Longbaugh (Benicio Del Toro) slaps one whore on her behind as she is running out, was unscripted. Christopher McQuarrie privately suggested it to Del Toro who was very resistant to it. The extra playing the whore was not told about this. As Del Toro feared, she came back after the shot was filmed very angry and complained how she was slapped. Del Toro immediately turned to McQuarrie and said "he made me do it!!!". (From the director's commentary on the DVD)
Movie Goof (continuity error): During the gun fire in Mexico, Obecks' right leg switches position between shots. First his right leg is under his left leg then it's next to left one and after he gets shot by Longbaugh we see his right leg under the left leg again.
