The Story of Us Goofs/Mistakes

Movie Goof (continuity error): On the drive to pick up the kids from camp Ben has his head turned toward Katie, but in the reverse angle Ben is looking straight ahead then turns toward Katie.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Katie and Ben are in the first restaurant, Katie is shown eating with a fork in her right hand and a knife placed between her two plates. In the reverse shot the knife is gone.
Movie Goof (continuity error): The Ford Expedition's rear window defroster appears and reappears during different driving scenes.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Ben's wine glass and the bottle during dinner with Stan.
