The brutal former heavyweight boxing champion Cleon "Slammin'" Salmon (Duncan), now owner of a Miami restaurant, institutes a competition to see which waiter can earn the most money in one night: the winner stands to gain $10,000, while the loser will endure a beating at the hands of the champ.

SPOILER: The character played by Avi Rothman (II) has the name Steve Lemmaduche, obviously relating to the fact that he took Connor's role on CFI: Hotlanta. Connor is played by actor and member of the Broken Lizard, Steve Lemme
Movie Goof (continuity error): In the scene where Guy moves to second place and he exclaims his joy about the prize, next to him Connor is shown picking up a tray of shrimp cocktail. In the very next shot, Connor is shown picking up the same tray again.
Movie Goof (continuity error): Patty tells Connor she sat him with 6, but when he goes out to the table, there's only 5.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Rich is announcing the winners of the contest, Tara's name is showing on top, but in the next shot showing him, Tia's name is showing on top.
