  • Movie Goof (continuity error): John and Meg swap guns (an HK USP and a Beretta 92FS) inconsistently between shots before, during and after the shoot-out and car chase.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): After Meg finishes doctoring Alan's passport for John, he opens it up to check her handiwork. When he closes the passport, the name on the front is "Alan Chin," however, the character's name is listed as "Alan Chan" in the credits.
  • The Chinese character engraved on Lee's bullets means "death".
  • Movie Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): When Zedkov is running after John and Meg after the carwash scene, there is a point at which he fires twice, producing two separate muzzle flashes. There is only one gunshot in the audio track.
