The song "Chim, Chim, Cher-ee," from the movie Mary Poppins, can be heard playing in the background while Annie contemplates becoming a nanny. Later, this tune becomes the ringtone for Annie's cell phone.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When Harvard Hottie is reading the letter from Mrs. X at the end of the movie, the words he says do not match the words on the letter.
Movie Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): When Annie is in the bath and Mrs. X comes in, the filmmakers have added a fart sound and bubbles - but since Annie is underwater, there would only be bubbles.
SPOILER: At the end of the film, Mrs. X's name is revealed to be Alexandra. Harvard Hottie's name is Hayden.
