Movie Trivia/Goofs

Movie Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Triton bursts in the terrorists' hideout, he wildly sprays a room full of hostages with fully automatic fire, while "aiming" from the hip. Not even the most incompetent Marine would ever do this, much less a Force Recon Marine.
In an interview on the DVD Extras, after auditioning Kelly Carlson, Cena said he knew right away that she was the one he wanted to play his wife in the movie.
According to a televised interview given by WWF owner Vince McMahon, this film was originally written to star Steve Austin, but contractual negotiations fell through.
Movie Goof (factual errors): The only time that an officer would ever salute an enlisted service member is if the Medal of Honor was awarded.
