Movie Trivia/Goofs

  • At the start of the movie, when 'Uma Thruman''s character is flipping through radio stations, one of the songs you hear is "She's not there" by The Zombies (1964), which was covered under the title "About Her" by Malcolm McLaren. That cover was used in Kill Bill Vol. 2 which Uma also starred in.
  • Movie Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): SPOILER: Numerous supposed anachronisms such as the Dropkick Murphys poster hanging in Marcus' apartment, or the size of cell phones at the time when Diana was in high school incorrectly assume that Diana's adult life in the movie takes place in present time (2007) and that therefore the other time portrayed was 1992. That assumption ignores the main point of the movie, which was that Diana's adult life was a flash forward of her imagining her future life if she had not been killed by the student who went on a shooting spree in her high school, so in the movie the high school years were presumably present day (2007) and her adult life as portrayed in the movie was 15 years in the future.
