Movie Trivia/Goofs

  • Movie Goof (plot holes): When the characters are in the lake being shot at, they remain in the lake for several minutes. This water is near freezing - 33 degrees F - and they should have frozen in seconds. Even if they got out in time, they have no means of drying off, and should be suffering from hypothermia. Yet no one seems to be in distress.
  • Movie Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): When Steve is being dragged away by the Ukranians you hear him plead "Come on Charlie!" but his mouth never moves.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): When the mini's are being chased in the pipe, one of the men on motorbikes shoots and the bullet cracks Left-Ear's window, but later on, you see that the glass is intact.
  • Edward Norton made it clear that his participation is a result of contractual obligation, not choice. He signed a three movie deal with Paramount, of which Primal Fear, his breakthrough movie, was the first. He kept dismissing scripts for the other two, until Paramount coerced him into accepting a role in The Italian Job.
