"The Screen Guild Theater" broadcast a 30 minute radio adaptation of the movie on January 24, 1944 with 'Pat OBrien and Ruth Warrick reprising their film roles.
Some cast members in studio records/casting call lists did not appear or were not identifiable in the movie. These were (with their character names, if any): Frank Puglia (French major), 'Ian Wolfe' (Professor Runnymead), John Hamilton (Dean), Lee Phelps and Wilbur Mack.
The production was shut down from 20 May 1943 to 24 May 1943 when 'Pat OBrien went on tour to promote his film Bombardier (1943).
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): In the Fordham=NYU game the announcer reports that Fordham scores a touchdown, putting them ahead 13-0. Watching the visual image, however, clearly shows that the player is stopped 3 or 4 yards short of the touchdown, and the crowd does not respond to any touchdown.
