Movie (2007)

While driving through the New Mexico Desert during a rainy night, the college students Jim Halsey and his girlfriend Grace Andrews give a ride to the hitchhiker John Ryder. While in their car, the stranger proves to be a psychopath threatening the young couple with a knife, but Jim succeeds to throw him out of the car on the road. On the next morning, the young couple sees John in another car.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

Movie Goof (factual errors): SPOILER: At the end of the movie the hitcher gets the gun from the guard he just killed in the transport van and shoots the officer in the front seat, but in reality the guard(s) in the back of the van would not be allowed to carry a gun when sitting next to a prisoner being transported.
The movie that Grace is watching in the hotel near the end is The Birds.
Movie Goof (continuity error): When John Ryder hits his head on the 442s windshield, the whole shield is cracked, but when Jim wakes up in the morning, the driver's side half on the shield is now not cracked.
