The Delta Force

Movie (1986)

A 707 aircraft jetliner on its way from Athens to Rome and then to New York City is hijacked by Lebanese terrorists. The terrorists demand that the pilot take them to Beirut. What the terrorists don't realize is that an elite team of commandoes led by Major McCoy (Norris) and by Colonel Alexander (Marvin) has been called into service to eliminate all terrorists on the jetliner.

Movie Trivia/Goofs

Movie Goof (continuity error): Norris' footwear switches between combat boots and black sneakers several times during the film.
Based on the real-life hijacking of TWA Flight 847 on 14 June 1985.
Movie Goof (revealing mistake): In a scene when McCoy is searching the bed room, he removes a mattress and a terrorist that is hiding underneath get a shot off. The terrorist hits the lens of McCoy's wrist mounted flashlight before being shot. Shortly there after, you can see the flashlight again, only the lens is intact.
Movie Goof (continuity error): During the combat scene in Algeria, two terrorists are shown shootings from the emergency windows after removing them. The next scene shows the emergency windows re-attached to the plane.
