  • Movie Goof (revealing mistake): When the private jet with the combatants lands in the secret location it appears as "Aitape Papua New Guinea". In reality, that airstrip could not take anything more than a twin otter, let alone a Lear jet.
  • Movie Goof (continuity error): After Conrad says "F*** it" and jumps off the cliff into the water, he emerges a moment later completely dry.
  • Steve Austin was originally offered the part Vinnie Jones plays, but after WWE decided to make the movie in their WWE Films department, they gave Steve Austin the lead role.
  • Steve Austin referred to Vinnie Jones as #2. Vinnie Jones referred to Steve Austin as #1. The reason they referred to each other this way was how they were billed in the film.
