• Movie Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Emma is coming out of commercial during her radio show, the producer counts her down for her next segment with the words "five, four, three, two, one". No one in radio or television would ever vocalize the word, "one" in a countdown. This number is always replaced with a vertical finger signal to represent "one" and a direct finger point to show "zero" or "begin". Since the microphone always goes live on "two" the audience would otherwise constantly be hearing a disembodied voice say "one" when they come out of commercial.
• Movie Goof (continuity error): When Patrick and Emma are on the top of the building, the wall is apparently as high as their shoulders. But in the scenes where they are talking to each other, the wall is invisible or much to low.
• Movie Goof (continuity error): When Emma and Patrick are on top of the building, Patrick then leaves and Emma drops the pile of papers. She is standing near the wall and the papers are touching the wall. A pole is visible in the front of the shot. In the next shot the papers are all around this pole and no where near the wall.
• Jeffrey Dean Morgan portrays a firefighter on this movie. He made a previous appearance in "ER" (1994) {The Crossing (#7.15)} as a firefighter that lost his leg during a rescue on train wreck.
